On the auspicious occasion of Ratha Saptami our college came together for a vibrant morning event dedicated to Surya Namaskara Students faculty and staff gathered in large numbers embracing the spiritual and physical benefits of sun salutations The event was a harmonious blend of devotion fitness and tradition creating a positive start to the day Led by our esteemed Yoga faculty K Archana and Dr G Eswara Rao the session guided participants through the sequences of Surya Namaskara with precision and mindfulness The presence of our respected Director added significance to the occasion encouraging everyone to embrace yoga as a daily practice The event not only honored the traditional significance of Ratha Saptami but also reinforced the importance of health and discipline in our lives The collective participation of faculty and students made it a memorable and enriching experience As the sun rose higher the morning concluded with a shared sense of rejuvenation leaving everyone inspired to continue their yoga journey
